At-Takaathur

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

بِسۡمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡمِ

1. 102:1

   أَلْهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ ﴿١﴾

   اَلۡهٰىكُمُ التَّكَاثُرُۙ‏ ﴿١﴾

   1Competition in [worldly] increase diverts you

2. 102:2

   حَتَّىٰ زُرْتُمُ ٱلْمَقَابِرَ ﴿٢﴾

   حَتّٰي زُرۡتُمُ الۡمَقَابِرَؕ‏ ﴿٢﴾

   2Until you visit the graveyards

3. 102:3

   كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣﴾

   كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُوۡنَۙ‏ ﴿٣﴾

   3No! You are going to know

4. 102:4

   ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٤﴾

   ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُوۡنَؕ‏ ﴿٤﴾

   4Then no! You are going to know

5. 102:5

   كَلَّا لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عِلْمَ ٱلْيَقِينِ ﴿٥﴾

   كَلَّا لَوۡ تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ عِلۡمَ الۡيَقِيۡنِؕ‏ ﴿٥﴾

   5No! If you only knew with knowledge of certainty

6. 102:6

   لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلْجَحِيمَ ﴿٦﴾

   لَتَرَوُنَّ الۡجَحِيۡمَۙ‏ ﴿٦﴾

   6You will surely see the Hellfire

7. 102:7

   ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيْنَ ٱلْيَقِينِ ﴿٧﴾

   ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيۡنَ الۡيَقِيۡنِۙ‏ ﴿٧﴾

   7Then you will surely see it with the eye of certainty

8. 102:8

   ثُمَّ لَتُسْـَٔلُنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ ﴿٨﴾

   ثُمَّ لَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَنِ النَّعِيۡمِࣖ‏ ﴿٨﴾

   8Then you will surely be asked that Day about pleasure
