Al-Qaari'a

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

بِسۡمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِيۡمِ

1. 101:1

   ٱلْقَارِعَةُ ﴿١﴾

   اَلۡقَارِعَةُۙ‏ ﴿١﴾

   1The Striking Calamity

2. 101:2

   مَا ٱلْقَارِعَةُ ﴿٢﴾

   مَا الۡقَارِعَةُۚ‏ ﴿٢﴾

   2What is the Striking Calamity

3. 101:3

   وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلْقَارِعَةُ ﴿٣﴾

   وَمَا٘ اَدۡرٰىكَ مَا الۡقَارِعَةُؕ‏ ﴿٣﴾

   3And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity

4. 101:4

   يَوْمَ يَكُونُ ٱلنَّاسُ كَٱلْفَرَاشِ ٱلْمَبْثُوثِ ﴿٤﴾

   يَوۡمَ يَكُوۡنُ النَّاسُ كَالۡفَرَاشِ الۡمَبۡثُوۡثِۙ‏ ﴿٤﴾

   4It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed

5. 101:5

   وَتَكُونُ ٱلْجِبَالُ كَٱلْعِهْنِ ٱلْمَنفُوشِ ﴿٥﴾

   وَتَكُوۡنُ الۡجِبَالُ كَالۡعِهۡنِ الۡمَنۡفُوۡشِؕ‏ ﴿٥﴾

   5And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up

6. 101:6

   فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ ﴿٦﴾

   فَاَمَّا مَنۡ ثَقُلَتۡ مَوَازِيۡنُهٗۙ‏ ﴿٦﴾

   6Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds]

7. 101:7

   فَهُوَ فِى عِيشَةٍ رَّاضِيَةٍ ﴿٧﴾

   فَهُوَ فِيۡ عِيۡشَةٍ رَّاضِيَةٍؕ‏ ﴿٧﴾

   7He will be in a pleasant life

8. 101:8

   وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ ﴿٨﴾

   وَاَمَّا مَنۡ خَفَّتۡ مَوَازِيۡنُهٗۙ‏ ﴿٨﴾

   8But as for one whose scales are light

9. 101:9

   فَأُمُّهُۥ هَاوِيَةٌ ﴿٩﴾

   فَاُمُّهٗ هَاوِيَةٌؕ‏ ﴿٩﴾

   9His refuge will be an abyss

10. 101:10

    وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا هِيَهْ ﴿١٠﴾

    وَمَا٘ اَدۡرٰىكَ مَا هِيَهۡؕ‏ ﴿١٠﴾

    10And what can make you know what that is

11. 101:11

    نَارٌ حَامِيَةٌۢ ﴿١١﴾

    نَارٌ حَامِيَةٌࣖ‏ ﴿١١﴾

    11It is a Fire, intensely hot
